Baelfire stood up as he arrived in this new world. He had no idea how he got here or what this world was, but, he had this strange feeling that he had landed here for a reason. Baelfire began to walk this new town hoping to find someone who could tell him where he was or just a sign of life. 

Baelfire had seen many strange things in his life, especially his life with his father, but had never seen a whole town deserted before. Baelfire sat down on a giant mushroom and just thought about what had happened since he became separated from his father in the Enchanted Forest. 

Baelfire was woken from his reminiscing by the sight of someone running by. He stood up and decided to follow them, not sure where they were going, but, he at least found some kind of life on this land. Baelfire stopped as the creature he was following arrived at a giant maze and walked up to someone who looked like she was the ruler of this land.

Baelfire examined her from afar and saw that she was dressed completely in red and was of average height, and he finally got a closer look at what he was following, it looked like a giant rabbit. As he looked closer, he saw that he was a giant rabbit. Bae decided to just walk up and ask what this land was. He stopped behind the lady and tried to gain her attention "Excuse me" Bae said, as he tapped her on the shoulder. 

Anastasia always knew when someone arrived in Wonderland. The rabbit had its ears and eyes opened for such a possibility. She had ordered the rabbit to keep his eyes open because Ana did not like strangers. She was suspicious of everyone that had not been originally from here. Her fear was someone would try to overthrow her... Not that they would be able. Ana was very powerful and not to be taken lightly. She had made an example of those who have tried. She didn't know why she was worried so much. But there was also something else... Something she didn't really want to think about because it made her weak and that was not something she liked to show. 

She was trying to find a way to find her beloved Will Scarlett. She was trying to find a way to get him back, for him to love her again. So far, she had been unsuccessful. And it annoyed her very much. The rules of magic would not let her go back and change the past, change the wrongs she had done. She wanted a sorcerer. Someone strong enough to change the rules of magic. She had heard of Rumpelstilskin She wondered if he was indeed powerful enough to help her. She had to know everything about him before she went looking for him. Without any kind of knowledge could be the end of her and Ana was too smart to just go to him blindly.

Just then, the Rabbit came back with the news of the young arrival. Anastasia was disappointed. What was she supposed to do with a young boy? Ana became upset, so when she heard his voice, it was the last straw for her. She turned around slowly, looking at the boy with cold eyes. She appraised the boy before her. She was not impressed by what she saw. She raised an eyebrow. She would test this boy. She knew not to judge by appearances. The queen stood up straighter. She smiled coldly at the boy and said,  "Find your way out of the maze, darling. We can talk then. You have an hour. Otherwise you will be stuck in the maze forever." And with that, she and the rabbit disappeared, leaving the young boy behind. 

Baelfire was confused by the request, but, before he could respond, Baelfire watched as the Queen and the White Rabbit took off, leaving Baelfire on his own.

Baelfire found the start of the maze, and began to look through it. It looked complex but it was probably nothing he couldn't handle after all he was the son of Rumpelstiltskin and had been through alot more then this.

Baelfire looked behind him as he began to make his way through the maze. Baelfire wondered why he had to do this, but, before he had time to think he ran into giant blades. He quickly slid under them avoiding the sharp edges.

Baelfire began to run and turned a corner in the maze. he realized that he had no idea where he was going, but, he had seen these mazes before. Bae took another right turn and eventually ended up with two choices for a turn. He stopped for a second and then turned left. Bae was almost positive he had done a wrong turn back then, but, suddenly he saw the exit and before he knew it he was out of the maze with time to spare. He didn't know what to do now, but, he just stood there and waited for the Queen and the giant Rabbit to return.

Anastasia smirked as she watched the young man try and make his way out of the maze. She had been sure to put many obstacles in his way. She loved to test a person's character and she thought the maze was the best way in testing that. She respected the fact that the boy seemed calm, but it also infuriated her. Why wasn't he scared? A boy his age would probably have been crying by now. Her smile was slipping as the boy made it closer to the exit. The rabbit was looking at her, fear making him shake. She ignored him. 

Finally he made it out with plenty of time to spare. It made her want to scream, but she didn't. She stayed calm. She looked down at the rabbit. "Go away now. I'll call you when I need you," she snapped at it and the rabbit was quick to obey her command. Ana slowly made her way to the young man. She smiled coldly at the young man. "That was impressive, darling." She said with a cold smile. "I was expecting you to have a harder time than that, but you surprised me." She mentioned for him to follow her to the castle. She wanted to talk to this young man, see where he was from. Learn more about him. There was more to him than meets the eye.

Baelfire looked at the Queen and shrugged when she mentioned about having a hard time. With Rumpelstiltskin as a father, he wasn't scared of much else in life. Baelfire nodded as she motioned for him to follow her.

He wasn't sure what was going to happen, but, he followed her anyway. Baelfire had completed the maze and she actually seemed disappointed by it. Bae was kind of worried about what will happen, but, again after having Rumpelstiltskin for a father he didn't seem to worried.

As Ana came to the throne room, her Tweedles all started talking at once. She could feel a headache coming on. She truly despised them sometimes. "Enough!" She snapped at them. "We have a guest," she said pointing at the boy. She walked to her throne and sat. The boy was still standing at the door. She fought the urge to roll her eyes. "Don't be shy, darling! Come a little closer." 

She watched him walk in. The boy acted far louder than his actual age. She couldn't see fear in the way he moved or in his eyes. She admired that. She wondered again where he came from, why such a young boy was here in Wonderland, seemingly alone. "What's your name, darling?" Curiousty was the strongest emotion she was feeling right now. 

Baelfire looked around the castle as he followed this queen into her room, he was intrigued by this room. This was similar to many of the rooms in his father's castle, minus the servant people in there.

Baelfire walked further into the room and took another look at the room. He looked at the Queen watching him as he did this, he still wasn't sure where he was, but, this lady seemed an awful lot like his father.

Baelfire smiled and stood there, he took another look at the Queen for a second before answering her "My name's Baekfire." Bae said with a smile.

She watched as the young man look around the room. He looked interested and impressed. She smiled a genuine smile for the first time, but she hid the smile from the young man. She didn't want to look as if she was waiting for his approval and she wasn't. She just took great pride in her home, she wanted people to envy her. And why wouldn't they? It was a wonderful place to live. 

Baelfire. What a peculiar name. Again, she wondered where he came from. She smiled at the boy from her chair. She snapped at one of the servants to get him something to eat. "Tell me, darling. Where did you come from?" Her immediate thought was that he was from the Enchanted Forest. In a way, she missed that place, well, she actually only missed one thing from there. The greatest thing in her life had come from there... How she longed to just go back and live with Will and live happily again. She wouldn't make the same mistake twice. She wouldn't desert him this time around. This time around she would make the correct decisions. 

Baelfire wasn't sure why she was so interested in who he was and all of this stuff about him, but, he decided to go with it, as he knew what would happen if he messed with a queen.

He would tell her, but, he wasn't sure whether he should tell someone he just met the whole truth about exactly where he came from. Baelfire decided to keep it as simple as possible "I'm from the Enchanted Forest" Bae didn't know whether she knew about the Forest, but, it was the truth as to where he's from.

She could see the boy didn't want to be more forthcoming. She was slowly getting annoyed at the facr, but she didn't let it show on her face. She would get the whole truth from the boy. Especially since he's from the Enchanted Forest. Rumpelstilskin was there and she needed him. She needed to see if he could help her. She wondered if the boy had heard of him. He was supposed to be feared by everybody back in that land. She heard about his love for deals. Ana wondered what he would ask of her.

"So what are you doing in Wonderland, darling?" She asked him sweetly. She was sure she was wasting her time, this conversation was like pulling teeth, painful and a slow. But she really hoped that it would be worth it in the end. 

Bae wasn't sure how to answer this, as he was unsure himself. "Honestly, I'm not sure." Bae said, looking around at least now he knew what this land was. "I was separated from my father in the Forest and now somehow I'm here." Baelfire was able to tell that she was becoming curious about his life, but, didn't want to reveal too much all at once. 

Baelfire decided he wanted some information from her and looked at her, "So, that's what this place is?" Bae said, smiling. "Wonderland" Bae looked around once more, before looking back to the Queen, who's name he still didn't know. "So, your Majesty. I've introduced myself, now it's your turn. Who are you?" 

She was not sure why but she believed him. He did look lost. Ana could tell that the boy was not a threat but that did not relax the red queen. It was still likely that he worked for someone. She couldn't judge him by his appearance alone. She couldn't let him go before making sure he was not a threat... To her at least. She didn't care about anyone else. As long as no one was plotting against her then everything was fine. "You don't have a way back? She asked him curiously.

"You are in the Red Queen's palace, darling." She laughed at his next words. She debated on ignoring the young boy's question. But then that was bad manners. Not that she cared about manners. She just needed to get the boy to trust her. To tell her more about herself. "I am Anastasia, the red queen. Pleasure to meet you, Baelfire." 

Bae was intrigued by the Queen's curiousity in him. He decided to answer her questions as she was his only way to find out any information himself. "No I don't and even if I did, I don't really think I'd want it." Bae was still concealing the true idenitity of his background, as unless they asked, he wasn't planning to tell anyone.

Baelfire was listening as she explained where he was. He'd never heard of it, but, then he wasn't surprised by this. His father never really let him learn about other places. Baelfire smiled as she told him of her name, Anastasia it sounded like a name of someone that came from their world, but, that couldn't be could it? "It's nice to meet you" Bae said, with a smile. 

Anastasia raised an eyebrow at what the boy had said. He didn't want to go back to his father? What young boy would choose to live in a world all on his own? A world that was foreign to him. A world he would have to deal with on his own. When Anastasia had first come here, she had been with Will and they had still had a hard time. What would happen to someone as the young man that stood before her. "Why not?" She asked curiously. "Surely your parent will miss you, darling."

Except if his parents had been anything like her mother, then she would understand perfectly his unwillingness to go back. Ana had not wanted to. She was sure her mother would have gloated over the fact that she was back, with nothing to show for it. It had been the reason she had begged Will that they go to the castle and steal something. It was her greed that also made her decision to stay with the king. She had not loved him, she had hated him so. Her thoughts were always directed towards Will. She had wondered what he was up to and how he was faring in his life... At some point, it had been too much for Anastasia and that's when she decided she needed to find a way back to her beloved.  

She shook her head, trying to bring herself back to the present. She smiled at the boy. "It's nice to meet you too, darling." She was trying to get her head straight, she needed to be on her best game right now. She had to make sure that she was not meeting someone who had some kind of agenda. "Have you seen much of Wonderland in the little time you've been here?" She asked, she just wanted to say something, to distract him from her. She needed a little time to gather herself.

Bae looked down and then back at Ana, "I don't care. My father is not the man he used to be" Bae said, thinking about his last interaction with his father, choosing power over him. Bae wasn't sure whether he should say who his parent was, he decided not to, before shaking his head bringing him back.

Bae looked around the castle "No, I haven't" Bae said, taking a closer look at the people in the castle. They didn't look completely human, but, growing up in the Enchanted Forest he'd seen things alot stranger then that.
